1. Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the Oxylea Light Therapy Mask at the stated price. Pre-orders are charged immediately at time of purchase. Estimated delivery is 3–4 weeks from the date of order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing or logistics factors beyond our control.

2. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Oxylea mask for any reason, contact us at hello@oxylea.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund or replacement. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Product Use

The Oxylea mask is intended for cosmetic use only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking photosensitizing medications. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on oxylea.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oxylea and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxylea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
